Our Story

Livewell Construction is a family-owned design-bid-build residential remodeler based out of Estacada, Oregon. We started this business back in 2016 with nothing but a 500-square-foot composite deck and a lot of faith. We wanted to make a business, not a job. We are in business to make successful people. That means successful employees who can support their families, successful clients who can live in a home that supports their best life, and a successful community with a vibrant small business economy. We’ve always had a passion for meaningful relationships, being the trusted advisor for your most valuable asset, and building beautiful things where family memories are made.
